Common questions
What files do you need for a quote?
A 3D model (STEP, IGES or Parasolid) and a drawing are ideal. For die work, include the part data, material, thickness and annual volume. For repairs, photos or the worn part itself are fine.
How quickly can you quote?
It depends on the job. Machining quotes are usually quickest; larger die and mould programs take longer because we review the design with you first.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Customer data is kept confidential and we're happy to sign your NDA before you share anything.
Can you handle emergency die repairs?

Do you do heat treating and coating?
Welding, heat-treating, chroming and polishing are coordinated through trusted partners. We manage it so you have one supplier.
What's the largest part you can machine?
Up to 27.5" × 52.5" in house, and dies up to 102" long.
